Where should I park?
Our PARKING ATTENDANT will be guiding everyone into the CHAINED OFF area that is PIRATE PARKING ONLY.
Is the boat accessible for guests with disabilities?
We can accommodate just about any person with disabilities as our crew can help get them aboard safely. Please call for more information 361-749-2469.
Are there restrooms on board?
Clean restrooms (heads) are available on board the Red Dragon.
What happens if it rains?
If we have to cancel due to weather conditions, we will reschedule you on the next available trip that is convenient to you. If a reschedule does not fit your plans, we will refund your tickets.

What is your cancellation policy?
Keep in mind, when the island is busy, commute times may be heavily increased. Traffic on Highway 361 as well as the wait in the ferry line may increase your commute up to two hours or more. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY AS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY WILL NOT BE ALTERED FOR ANY REASON.
Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. You may reschedule your booking up to 60 minutes prior to your trip’s scheduled time without incurring a rebooking fee. A reschedule within 60 minutes of your trip’s scheduled time will result in a $20 per person rebooking fee. There will be no refunds or rebooking allowed for no call no shows.
